I hope you are all ready for a fabulous sale! The Reformation sale is one of my most favorite clearances of the entire year, and this year’s discount just kicked off for the general public. There are a ton of gorgeous pieces available this year, and Reformation will continue to add more as the sale goes on. So if you’ve been crossing your fingers that something will have it’s price slashed, keep checking back through the next few weeks. Today I’m sharing my picks from the 2023 Reformation summer sale!
Here’s another quick tip, too. Right now the discount is at 30% off. But typically, Reformation further reduces everything week-by-week. Next week we should see the discount hit around 50% off, followed by around 70% off the week after that. I typically wait until those deep clearance prices hit, then stock up on a selection of summer dresses that I can wear the following year. Waiting for a 70% off sale price does risk certain items or sizes selling out. But I personally think it’s worth the trade off for getting the most bang for my buck.
One of the first pieces I’m going to buy when that happens is the Evianna Linen Dress in white. I actually own the silhouette in a stunning blue-and-white floral print, as well as a classic black. But this dress is so flattering, so versatile and so useful in my wardrobe, I’m definitely snagging the white if I can, too. It’s classic, timeless and flirty, and you can’t go wrong with a little white dress for warm weather. I know I’ll have it forever.
I also have my eye on the Frieda Linen Dress. The tulip pattern is so interesting and not like anything I have in my closet. I’m a sucker for a blue-and-white dress, so this feels like a no-brainer for me. It’s a midi dress I know I’d get a ton of wear out of. This dress has also been on my wish list since the beginning of summer, so I’ll be happy to own it for a fantastic price.
Three other midi dresses that captured my attention are this bow-detailed striped midi, this hydrangea-printed midi, and this off-the-shoulder midi dress. The bow-adorned dress is called the Alvin dress, and I am obsessed with how classic it is. How chic would this be for a waterfront lunch or shopping on vacation? You could easily dress it up with wedges and a sparkly bag. Or, wear it more casually with espadrilles and a straw tote.
The Kieryn Linen hydrangea dress would be so lovely as a summer wedding guest dress. I actually own this pattern in a different silhouette, and it’s even more beautiful in person. Reformation makes the *best* linen dresses. They’re such high quality pieces, and they wear beautifully. I love that the Kieryn has a feminine leg slit and a bow tie at the waist for a bit of added detail.
The off-the-shoulder Bridgton Linen Dress would also make for a fabulous wedding guest dress. The shade of blue it comes in is so unique. It’s not quite a baby blue, but it’s also not anywhere near navy. It’s moody and muted, and I love it.
If I had to recommend just one dress from the sale this year, it would definitely be the Sheri Linen Dress. Especially in the red-and-white floral print! This is another dress that I posted about earlier in the summer. I have gotten soooo much wear out of it. It’s just so darling. The cut, the print, the fit – everything about it is extremely feminine but also very easy to wear and not at all over-the-top. It’s got a flattering corset-style bodice with a floaty A-line skirt. If you need a do-it-all dress that still feels special enough for special occasions, this is the one for you.
